Incorrect or Faulty Goods
We take customer satisfaction seriously and are of high importance to us and will endeavour to put things right.
- If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, please contact us with the details within 7 Days against receipt of goods.
- Any shortages need to be reported in writing within 24H after collection/delivery.
- If returning for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items.
Returnable Items
- Contact us by phone (0191 4060650) or e-mail (info@corporateclothingservices.com) with your invoice number to hand,
- We will contact you to arrange a return.
- Garments should be unworn and in their original packaging
- Once we have received your goods back, subject to a full evaluation of goods returned, a replacement or a full refund to your original order within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. For this reason, we ask you to take your time when designing your customised clothing before submitting them for production.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange, or refund PPE, underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery, and swimwear unless faulty. We can exchange or refund these items if hygiene strips and tags are in place and the original packaging is unopened and unmarked.

Some Brands can be subject to a handling fee.
